Near West Lake and Xixi National Wetland Park, this residential development features 11 towers in a north-south orientation, designed for tranquility and contemplation. A formal entry pavilion leads to a sunken courtyard with cascading water walls and reflecting pools, surrounding a residents’ clubhouse with an indoor pool and lounge. The towers, each with unique layouts, are unified by a consistent façade of white aluminum and stone, balancing proportions with horizontal and vertical elements. The design integrates light and shadow, enhancing the experience of the residents and revitalizing the surrounding area.
