The Rivière, located along a curve of the Singapore River amidst historic early 20th-century warehouses, features two 36-story residential towers, a four-story service apartment podium, and three conserved warehouses. A plaza welcomes residents and visitors, linking Jiak Kim Street with the river promenade. The towers are oriented north-south to optimize views of Orchard Road and Marina Bay while minimizing solar heat gain. The façade includes vertical fins for sun shading and a distinctive crown, while warmer timber-look balconies provide engaging outdoor spaces. The service apartment block's design echoes the area's industrial past with a contemporary twist, enhancing urban connectivity and public access.
