Situated between Pudong and Puxi, this project site offers a chance to transform the Shanghai skyline. Inspired by its history as part of the 2010 World Expo, the design seeks timeless modernist architecture, creating serene living spaces with stunning city and river views. The design emphasizes clear spatial hierarchies and structural order, blending light and form. The façade features interlocking vertical and horizontal elements, reflecting the expo’s texture with metal profiles. Double-height balconies extend living areas, merging indoor and outdoor spaces with Huangpu River views. Public spaces are thoughtfully designed, connecting covered galleries, lawns, greenery, and water features for a cohesive experience.
