In Jakarta's Dharmawangsa neighborhood, a 3-hectare development honors the area's Dutch colonial heritage while offering contemporary living. SCDA's design features three 40-story towers with two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, integrated into a parkland setting. The longitudinal layout and full-height glazing provide unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery. Expansive balconies and double-height living areas enhance indoor-outdoor living. The façade, with architectural fins and deep eaves, echoes Dutch colonial elements adapted for high-rise living, while a gradual ascent to residential lobbies and natural materials like timber and stone create a seamless blend with the landscape.
