Located on Hainan Island’s Haitang Bay coast, this 19.5-hectare development merges hotel, villa, and leisure concepts into a redefined resort experience. Designed by SCDA with Ian Schrager and Edition Hotels, the property features privately-owned villas, conference facilities, and various amenities around a man-made lagoon. Visitors arrive through a grand 12-meter porte cochère and a 16-meter portal with a reflecting pool and bamboo framing ocean views. The design integrates ocean views with architecture, including a green amphitheater and functional aluminum screens for privacy. Villas are arranged in terraced rows for optimal privacy and views, complemented by beachside dining and timber decked pools.
