Skyterrace@Dawson redefines public housing in Singapore with its focus on park-like living, connectivity, and multi-generational accommodation. Situated in Dawson Estate, the development features five 43-story residential towers and a four-story carpark podium. The towers are aligned along the site’s north-south axis to maximize sunlight exposure and minimize western sun glare. The design integrates lush greenery through ground-level planting, green terracing, and sky gardens, enhancing connectivity to nature. The project emphasizes multi-generational living with interconnected loft units combining spacious double-story units with elderly-friendly studios. Sustainable features include drip irrigation, rainwater harvesting, and solar energy, earning Greenmark Platinum certification.
