Riviera Bali is a residential resort on Kura Kura Island, 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The master plan centers around an existing central waterway, influencing the site's circulation and landscaping. It features 179 villas in linear clusters connected by a large central canal, set to link with a future marina. The villas, including bungalows, semi-detached units, and townhouses, are arranged along smaller canals with tropical landscaping. They feature monolithic pitched forms clad in terracotta and stone, with decorative metal screens for shade. A prominent clubhouse at the canal’s southern bend includes various amenities and serves as a key landmark.
