An intimate Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore offers a balanced and quiet interior designed to showcase the food. The challenge for the lighting was to create an intimate ambiance while ensuring the elegant dishes could be fully appreciated. SCDA design teams achieved this by employing minimal downlighting and rechargeable tabletop lamps to bring light down to table level. Warm color tones were used throughout, with accents on materials and design features to create contrast and visual interest in this minimal space.
