Park Lane

The Park Lane development, rising over 400 feet, replaces the existing Park Lane hotel and occupies a prime site overlooking Central Park in New York City. Designed as a “sky apartment” tower, it features interlocking four and five bedroom modules with two story sky gardens that can be enclosed during winter. The façade showcases this modularity with varying glass tones and deep architectural “ribbons,” breaking the monotony of conventional curtain walls. Each module integrates green space, creating a visual dialogue with Central Park and establishing a distinctive identity amidst New York City's tallest residential buildings.
