Adjacent to Tian E Lake in OCT Overseas Town and YanHanShan Park, the design emphasizes a connection to the lake while standing out from older structures. The building features a sleek, glazed façade with overlapping glass boxes and vertical blade walls, complemented by aluminium screens for privacy and sun shading. Towers are elevated above landscaped grounds, integrating garden courts and reflecting water with glazed lobbies and amenities. Units are oriented north-south for optimal daylight and lake views. Double-glazed low e-glass and metal mesh fins manage heat and glare. The lake’s edges are carefully preserved with trees and shrubs, balancing public access with residential privacy.
