Cuscaden Reserve, located in central Singapore near Orchard Road, is designed to stand out among high-rises with its unique architecture and well-crafted spaces. Inspired by the Bauhaus movement, the design features a series of modular units around a central core, allowing flexibility and adaptability. Elevated 12 meters, the building offers views of Orchard Road and the Singapore Botanic Gardens. A sloped driveway leads to an arrival court and tower lobbies. The ground base includes overlapping terraces and a pavilion clubhouse with an alpine green marble wall. The development combines modern design with tropical urban living, integrating architecture, interiors, and landscaping.
